Use King’s Hawaiian rolls for extra sweetness. Do NOT use a sweet BBQ sauce like Sweet Baby Ray’s unless you want this to be very sweet. I just eye how much of each sauce to add depending on how I want it to taste. Start with 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce and 1 teaspoon of mustard then go from there. The ketchup acts as filler so it is not absolutely necessary.
